How to use PantauSivik in Malaysia: transit, weather, fuel prices and alerts
Latest change, 16 October 2026: New guide.

Short answer: switch the country to Malaysia in PantauSivik to see Klang Valley transit with live vehicles, weather and warnings, weekly fuel prices, news and alerts. Some Singapore features, such as live arrival countdowns, are not part of Malaysia yet.
What PantauSivik shows for Malaysia
- Transit: routes, stops and live vehicle positions for the Klang Valley, covering KTMB, Rapid Rail KL, Rapid Bus KL and the MRT feeder buses.
- Weather: forecasts and warnings from MetMalaysia, including earthquake warnings, plus current conditions, UV and air quality.
- Fuel prices: the weekly RON95, RON97 and diesel prices, with the change from the previous week.
- Alerts: Malaysia has its own alerts, such as weather warnings.
- News: a Malaysia news page.
How to switch to Malaysia
- Open PantauSivik.
- Tap the country pill and choose Malaysia. The Malaysia dashboard has its own tiles. Tap the pill again to go back to Singapore.
- Want Malaysia as your main country? Open Settings and set Home country. You can also pick it the first time you open the app.
How to use the main pages
Transit
Pick a route or stop and see the vehicles that have reported recently. Official arrival countdowns are not published for Malaysia yet, so the app shows routes and live vehicle positions instead.

Weather and warnings
Check the forecast for the day, then look at warnings before you travel. Warning times are shown in Singapore time.

Fuel prices
Open the Malaysia fuel price view to see the current weekly prices and how they changed from last week.

What is different from Singapore
- Transit covers the Klang Valley only, and shows vehicle positions rather than arrival countdowns.
- Many Singapore features, such as EV charging, carparks and Singapore Petrol Prices, are for Singapore only.
- The Malaysia dashboard has a smaller set of tiles than the Singapore dashboard.
Good to know
Malaysia data comes from public sources, including MetMalaysia for forecasts and warnings, and Malaysia's open data portal for fuel prices. Transit vehicle positions refresh every few minutes. For safety and health advice, follow official guidance.
Information comes from public sources and is there to help you plan. PantauSivik is independent and not affiliated with any government agency. Screens and wording can change a little between app versions.
